MedExpiry grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your medical store management. You may not sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the service without prior written permission.
MedExpiry strives for maximum uptime and availability. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime in advance.
MedExpiry provides GST billing tools to assist pharmacy operations. While we strive for accuracy, MedExpiry is not liable for billing errors arising from incorrect data entry by users, changes in GST rates or regulations, or system discrepancies. Users are responsible for verifying all billing and tax information before submission to authorities.
All software, design, branding, algorithms, and content within MedExpiry are the exclusive intellectual property of MedExpiry and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use of any MedExpiry intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
MedExpiry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
AI-powered features in MedExpiry — including expiry predictions, reorder suggestions, and sales insights — are provided as decision-support tools only. These features use historical data and machine learning models that may not be 100% accurate. Users should exercise independent judgment and not rely solely on AI recommendations for critical business decisions.
MedExpiry reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, user data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion.
